Then perhaps this new Cross Peloton is the bike for you. Constructed from lightweight aluminium with road race geometry. It features Shimano handlebar mounted indexed shifters for effortless gear changing, Crosser X-Pert 36 hole White rims with quick release Joytech hubs & Shimano SIS derailleurs.
The larger 700c wheels and higher gearing make it easier to achieve and maintain higher speeds, than a mountain bike or roadster. The Cross Peloton comes equipped with a 14 Speed transmission, comprising of a 14-28 freewheel on the rear and a double 52/39 Shimano alloy chainset. Alloy dual pivot brakes are fitted to slow the bike in all conditions. Fast rolling 23c Schwalbe Lugano tyres offer a little extra resistance to punctures.
